Some of my fish appear to have more red in them after feeding them bloodworms (red mosquito larva).

Most noticable is my long finned Zebra Danio, it's amazing how much red has appeared on two of them after a couple of days of feeding them worms.

Even my dwarf cory's are getting some red on them now. <---that's the fish turning red.

I cant say i have noticed with mine. Fish colours intensifiying and becoming stronger (esspecially reds) Is usually a sign of happiness, no stress and good health. So thats good for you!!!

are you talking about live, frozen, or freeze-dried bloodworms, and what brand?

Thay may be true, however, the Danios never had any red on them, and it appeared on them after one day of eating the worms.

The Cory was always black and white, then this blush spot appeared behind the head after eating the worms.

The fish seem to LOVE them, they gorge themselves whenever I feed them to them.

Yes it is good to feed live/frozen food because it does bring out the natural colour in your fish. What I would do to bring out colours would simply feed them a colour enhancing diet.
