After a bacteria bloom I decided today I would clean out the gravel under the rocks and the bits I can't reach.

And to my shock, I found a few fish I forgot I had including a pretty big plec which I havent seen in a year (my tank is massive).

So I was wondering if anyone had any tips for positioning ornaments so I can still see the fish which like to hide?

I have also had a genius idea which I am currently putting into trial, so far its working amazingly but it needs developing.

How much would people be willing to pay for a log which includes a small bit of engineering which means that fish think they are hidden but in fact they aren't. I reckon to get this into production, its going to cost about £50ish. Is this too much for everyone?

Thanks in advance

if you set up the tank right and have enough hiding spots and floating plants they should come out as mine do,,,one thing i do do is set up caves so the back is either on the side or front of tank,so they hide but you can see them

Can you reccommend some good floating plants that won't dominate the tank after a few weeks, because of its size and shape, plus the fact its under the stairs and im 6ft 4, its a pain in the #### to get into.
