I'd get a long, maybe 6ft tank.
Id have it aquascaped so that it had plants and soil at one end coming up to the top of the tank. There'd be lizards and frogs living in the planted area and the branches above.
At the other end I would have my 10 fishies. A group of 10 assorted rainbow fish. ....Just hope none of the lizards fall in!
