Any One Know Whats Up With My Fish?

anyone know if i should take this fish out for now?
if i do would he die having no heater? its only cause i have not got the medication and its night time here

ok, so that might well be your problem, you are now starting from scratch have a read here http/www.fishforums.net/index.php?/topic/277264-beginners-resource-center/ one option is to rehome or return all your fish and start a fishless cycle (recomended) or do a fish in cycle which if not done properly, kills or shortens the life of your fish, as you are discovering, a fish in cycle with a poop machine like a pleco is not for the faint hearted, a essential bit of equipment for any fish owner is a liquid based test kit, especially during cycleling

Are you using dechlorinator in your water? Right now the best thing you can do is a large water change with temperature matched dechlorinated water. Then go here and read up: http/www.fishforums.net/index.php?/topic/277264-beginners-resource-center/
As the others have said it sounds like you are overstocked as well and that only makes a fish in cycle harder to stay on top of.
