hi im looking at geting a fishtank for xmas i was going to get a biorb but after some research i decided not to cos i want happy fish. so i have been looking for something of the same price rang and found this "Orca mt50" but cant find any info on it if its good or not so this is where you guy and girls come in . so do you have one know someone with one and wot are they like is the filter any good and is the light any good for live plants

I believe someone on here just got one. I would definately get that over an Biorb or Bio-ube; I hate those.

But after looking at the specs of it with 24W lighting and 1100 L/hr pump, it has great numbers for the internals. I'd go for it.

Think thats a misprint there, the internal filter for that tank won't do 1100L/hr, but I'm sure it'll do the job. The tank itself looks presentable, if you're after similar aquaone do a similar range of nano tanks that have a very good reputation.

For the money for one of them you could get a much bigger tank second hand if you shop about on ebay - for that money I reckon you could easily get a 60L tank and stand.

Yes, dorsey and some others on here have beautiful Aqua One tanks I believe. Also agree that we hear good things about the Rekords.
