Any Idea What This Fish Is?

its a young fish so not fully grown or showing adult colours but am sure its a sa cichlid of some sort...any ideas?

What color is he? Looks like some kind of acara.Laetacara thayeri "Redbellied Flag Cichlid"
would be one guess. But it depends on the color. What an awesome little fish very cute good find.
