Any Additives Needed In The Water?,

Does anybody add anything into theor water to help with any cuts on their fishes?

I know they are aggressive and now i have noticed that 1 has ripped his lip, there are a few nipped fins and 1 fish has lost a scale. This is all in their natural behaviour i presume so is there anything i can add so they don become infected, or anything that helps them heal quicker?

I dont just want you to list any product that claims this, i would like to hear your reviews on any that you use (or if i am going to be wasting my money)

Lots of water changes, a little melafix. I have had torn up angels often enough, the fresh water seems to help more than anything. I've dealt with angels missing half their fins after pairing incidents, 50% water changes daily for the first week, every other day for the second week. Fins & scales grow back fast this way.

they are surviving but it is just that the cichlids are aggressive therefore there is always little things happening(nothing major like a disease).

I was thinking more along the lines of API stresscoat.
