Antibacterial Med Safe For Shrimp

Is there one? I have a mystery illness running through my tank, killing galaxy rasboras and shrimp. Wilder has suggested antibacterial med, but I have nowhere to rehome the shrimp. So any suggestions welcome.

Stay away from and meds that contain copper.

is it internal bac medicine you need? as i believe interpet number 9 anti internal back doesnt contain copper, the ingredients are: bronopol, formaldehyde, benzalkonium chloride
