Another Sick Fish?

I brought home two new gold gouramis yesterday. I noticed today that one of them have a little white spot/bump on it. It almost looks exactly like a white head pimple with a little pinkish area around it. Very small. No other signs or symptoms worth pointing out.

What do I do now? Is this ich?

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Whitespot looks the size of a grain of salt.

It sound bacterial with the pink area around it.
It sounds like a columnaris spot.

Watch for flashing or fish rubbing. Sounds like ich. At first you might not see any spots or you will see 1 or 2 if you don't treat your fish will be covered in ich.
