Another Question..sorry

My Tank 3 is/will be my hospital tank (with Mollies in it to keep filter bugs happy)
It currently has gravel in...as im now sanding out my tanks...what substrate should i have in the hossie tank? stick with gravel..or sand it out too? if i need to medicate any fish in there is it easier to get the meds out of gravel??

I would skip the gravel, just leave it bare.

Personally I wouldn't keep it set up permenantly (where would you put the mollies if you wanted to use it?); I'd run the filter in the main tank to keep it cycled and use either a bare bottom or a very thin, single layer of substrate (it makes fish feel more secure than bare) that I could throw out if I ever had to medicate. I keep a few plastic plants and flower pots that I use for decor and which are easily disinfected with combination of a salt solution and drying out.
