Another One Bites The Dust

I posted this earlier to day in the emergency section, but, the little guy didn't pull through I noticed the blisterlike growths on his bottom-end and got him into quarantine, but I couldn't treat him in time. So my question is has anyone else seen this before and if so what can be done.

Sorry, never seen or heard anything like it. Can't find it in my books either. Poor little chap! My own hunch would be to treat for bacterial infection- but it is just that, a hunch.
