Another Noobie Question

I'm getting my 300 litre tank tomorrow and want to fill it and prepare it for my fishless cycle

Everywhere I read they say use dechlorinated tap water to fill yr tank, its going to take forever if I need to treat every bucket of water before I pour it into the tank

My question is does the water need to be dechlorinated before I start to cycle it, or if I fill the tank with a hose, can I add the dechlorinating treatment to the tank?

If someone has an idea
