Hi I'm Kelly and I'm from Florida. I don't really know what to say on here. I'm new to these fish forums but it's my new "hobby". I've always loved fish... Ive had them since I was younger. I have a 10 gallon now, I know it's not that big. One day I'll have a BIG fish tank! :D But one step at a time!

I did have about 10 fish in my tank. Some mollies, neons, zebra danios and a bottom feeder. They recently got ich and I tried my hardest to keep them alive but I guess they weren't strong enough. It was really sad! I treated the water and everything but I couldn't save all of them. All I have left is one zebra danio and my bottom feeder. (can bottom feeders really live through almost anything? they are pretty darn hardy!) Well I got my water tested today and it is fine. But I think I'm going to wait like a week or so to add any other fish to my tank. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Kelly! I'm pretty new here myself, but you definately need more zebra danios.. That one guy needs buddies. What kind of bottom feeder do you have?

my bottom feeder is a (scientific name: hypstomus plecostomus - got it from a book) sucerkmouth catfish.

Hello & welcome from another newbie. Like wendywc said you do need to get some more danios, they do not like to be kept alone.

Oh I will get some more danios. I just want to wait until it is safe, you know? I'm a little scared of them dying if I put them in the tank right away.
