i am asking this before i get them

It would be fine. Most clown loaches don't grow more than 7'.But if you do have the one big clown you would have to upgrade. As stated before they take ages to grow to adult size...

 whoops sorry. like i said rummy noses excellent choice if you put them with neons tetra they tend to jion their group and the combination of colours are great to see, middle dwellers that like playing, tend to race round the tank like albino cory, grow to about 2", like flake, shrimp brine, cut up bloodworm.

clown loach, enjoyable to keep, mainly bottom dwellers but have the desire to be all over the place, into most things can be quite posessive over food though causing them to get stroppy with other fish but rarly do harm, have the most wierd clicking sound when they are happy esp when eating, grow extremly slowly can get to 6-7" over the years, known to be quite sensitive to problems within the tank and when they start to lose their colour or act out of character then there is a good chance that something is wrong with your tank, eat flake, bloodworm, algae not fussy at all. sometimes sensitive to medication so all meds put into tank should be half measures than stated.

albino cat, craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazy cats but lots of fun, grow quite quick seen ones at 3-4"long, good community fish. bottom dwellers but not really fussy where they are or what they eat. kept well will live for years. sometimes prone to sudden death.

swords, good community fish but can be slightly on the bully side, middle dwellers like most food, can have longish life span can grow large depending on variety.

not to sure about the rest but would love to know if you or anyone else knows

So you haven't bought any of these fish yet? Because if you haven't then just make sure you don't get them all at once. Get a few at a time and gradually increase the stocking of your tank, otherwise the tank will be overloaded with waste that the bacteria can't handle.

The mix looks good though!

cories love being in groups. honestly, i wouldn't get any less than three of each. if you want to get all three kinds, i'd get two of the brochis cories. mine don't mix types in groups so i'd recommend at least two, preferrably three.

T.ropical puts his finger on it: corys need to be in groups (at least 3, but the more the merrier) of the same kind. The same goes for brochis. So choose one of these and give it friends.
Also, the swordtails will be fine if you keep only one male (or no males, but then you don't get to see the sword). More males and you will get fighting.
The clown loaches will outgrow the tank eventually, but it will take a few years, so if you have a good chance of upgrading you may be alright.
