Can anyone tell me how to identify different angels?

For example, how do i tell between Pterophyllum Scalare, Pterophyllum Altum and Pterophyllum Leopoldi?

Thanks

BTT

I'm no expert but I think Altums will be alot taller than scalare (plus the price difference :p). With leopoldi I think you look at the face, their 'nose' and general body should be longer than altums or scalare (also the black band which goes through the fish's eye does not sweep backwards towards the dorsal fin (as seen in P. scalare), but rather goes straight over the head and joins up on the other side)
Bold is taken from wikipedia so reliablility issues may be present.

That was exactly what I was going to say, look at the price

Altum is going to be much taller, and almost look stretched out. Leopoldi are very rare, I doubt you are going to stumble across any of these.

Thanks!

So most angels in the shops will be Scalare then? Are 'Koi Angels' scalare?

Cheers
