I have 2 Angels, 12 tetras and BN Pleco in a 37 gallon (30 1/4 x12 1/2 x22 3/4) that is semi planted and has drift wood. Can I put 2 more angels in tank or will it be to much.

Yeah, that'd be about it. Are you agnels grown up? Or are they babies? If they are grown up, good luck getting them to be friends with the new arrivals. If their babies, good luck! THye will most likely pair off and then you have to remove the other 2.

The angels I have now are 2 to 3 inches. The 2 that I was looking at at the fish store are about the same size

Then i say GO FOR IT! If you want a pair, you might want to boost up your number's to 6, but that is if you want a pair. Chances of all your agnels getting along peacfully when older is almost non, cuz there is bound to be a male and a female.

I've never kept angels before, but 4 seems abit much to me for that size tank. Would be better just to have a pair I think. But thats just my opinion ofcourse.

The tank has good height so if the filtration is ok I'd say that 4 angels could be accomodated easily enough. The problems aren't so much in terms of stocking but when the inevitable happens and a pair forms. Thats when the tank is too small - not big enough to allow safe areas when the pair become territorial. The pair will aggressively attack most fish that come within 12 to 18 inches of their chosen area so there needs to be spare room and hiding places for any other tank inhabitants.

Good excuse for another tank though when the time comes!
