Angels Firemouths & Geophagus

Had an enquiry about the 2 koi angels I have for sale but the person has a firemouth and geophagus (dont know what sort they are getting back to me) but I am completely brain dead about whether they are compatable or not. (Having a bad day!)

The firemouth could be a bit to much for the angle. I could see the firemouth harassing them. Depending on the type of geo they should be fine with angles.

Thanks snowflake, I just wasnt sure, I have angels but dont mix them with the other cichlids.

it can work. i have done it in the past with no problems. angels may well move slow etc but remember they are still cichlids and are plenty capable of holding their own if needed.

It all depends on the personality of the Angels, but my experience of them is that they are slow moving and a bit wussy, so a FM would probably take advantage of that
