Angels Fin Torn

as the title really iv got 2 angels which are having their top fins torn up probably by the festivum
it isnt major and isnt aggressive all the time but i dont want it to carry on
what is my best option? iv heard of melefix? or do i sell on the angel as it hasnt grown much in about 2 months anyway and hasnt found a pair?

well melafix won't solve the problem of the festi nipping, but it will help the fin heal, as with water changes.
and has there been any problems with the festi and other angels?
