Need some help from you experts,

I have a 240 litre planted tank, using a fluval 305, been set up and running for approx 6 weeking following a full fishless cycle.

Problem is last night i noticed the water getting cloudy, today was even worse got home from work and three of my angels had died.

Have checked amonia and nitrite and they are both zero. Have done a 75% water change and cleaned the filter media to see if this resolves the problem, did notice when i put the filter back on the water went even worse seemed like white clouds of stuff were being pumped out of filter, has anyone got any ideas what is causing this, did put some meds(interpet no. 8) in the tank last sunday cus a couple of the angels fins were rotting.

How many fish and which type.
Can you post your water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
How often do you feed your fish.
How did you cllean the filter.

6x juvinle angels
8x black ruby barbs
6 x corys
6x ottos
1x flying fox
4x clown loaches

ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 10, ph 7.0 (just tested all).
feed fish once a day with flake.
rinsed the filter media in water from my tank, also at the same time put back in 2x carbon media to see if that helps.

How big are the clown loaches as they need bigger tanks as they get older.
Did you increase aeration with the med.
You don't need to be really toucning the filter sponges just yet.
Is the filter still pumping cloudy water out now, could of been the med but not sure.

clown loaches are about about 1" each, using an air stone, filter not pumping out cloudy water now. Could there have been a breakdown with my ph or something, hopefully water change has sorted it out.

Did your ph change.

How did you add the med to the tank.

How did you add the med to the tank.

My ph did lower with meds in, added the meds by dissolving it in warm water and then adding it over the surface.

Ok.
I would just do some daily water changes till things get back to normal.
When you add meds you need to increase aeration in the tank, some meds can send the tank abit cloudy if not enough aeration.
