Hi there,
The other night after feeding my tank my one Angel had what looked like a huge red sack hanging from underneath it. This has since disappeared so I have no idea what it is, COULD it have anything to do with breeding?
I have 2 Angels in my tank, one is white with black stripes the other is totally black. I've had them both from babies and they are both quite small however the black one doesn't seem to have grown hardly at all where as the white one has. If this sack was to do with breeding and egg laying, would it still lay eggs if not in a breeding pair? I haven't seen any evidence of eggs but I have no other explanation for the sack.
