looking for some advice please.
I've long been an admirer of Angels and would like to add 2 to my tank.
Currently have 3 gourami and a shoal of neon tetra in a well established 76 litre tank.Would I be able to add 2 golden angels without the risk of overstocking.I understand that golden angels can grow to a fair size.

Any advice appreciated
Pete

I think that is too small for Angels, although many people do keep them in tanks that size. I also prefer to keep them in larger groups.

Assuming the tank is tall enough, the filter is appropriate, the Gouramis are not a large species, your shoal of Neons is not too large and the Angels grow up thinking of Neons as "little brothers" instead of as "food", it could work.

So, more details about the set-up please!

Be careful neons are a natural food for angels, so its up to you. Just a heads up :D

I was gonna say....."Gourami" is quite broad really. There's a massive difference between say Sparkling Gourami and Giant lol.

I think they're all gonna tell you your tank is too small anyway but yeah Neons are not good with Angels (tho it's it's the Angels with the issues :grr: ) . Which is a shame coz I think they would/do look fab together!
