Angelfish Pairing

before anyone says anything,i put this in the proper section a while back and didn't get a response.anyway,i have 5 angels that i've had for almost a year,2 sets paired up which left an odd one out.1 pair laid eggs about 4 or 5 times but the eggs were always sterile.now all of the sudden the male switched to the odd one out and they have laid eggs and this time about half of the eggs look fertilized.is this common?

Nope!!... not common, but likely......Angels are very faithful to the original partner, but, if they do change..... it will be for the better..... (whatch them carefully)
