I have a 30 gallon with two angels and out of nowhere they looked like they were having shredded fins, and now I'm starting to think it's fin rot.  My veil tail seems to have part of it's gills exposed and has a slight reddish color near it's back.  The marble just seems to have some rot.  I tested my water and things look okay other than pH is @ 7-which I though was ok for angels.  Is it fin rot, I don't see any white film???
Thanks in advance!!

Doesn't look like fin rot to me.I may be wrong but they look torn or nipped.I know my two sometimes have it.

I agree with gmc ... torn fins possibly from either breeding behaviour or a minor scuffle over territory. If it bothers you you could add some API melafix. I know many angel breeders keep this in perminantly ready to dose after breeding to heal up any tears in the fins
