Angel Tankmates Ideas?

Right now I have a 29 Gallon planted tank with a Penguin Biowheel 200 (The 50 Gallon model). I do weekly water changes and have the following stocking-

2 Marble Angels
2 Dwarf Gouramis ( About to be only 1 as soon as I find a nice home for the other male )
6 Spotted Cories
3 Otos


Is there room for any more fish? If so what would be some good additions?

5 Black Widow Tetras or 6-7 fully grown up Cardinal Tetras.
