Angel Not Well

My Angel Fish has not seemed himself for the last 2 or so months.
I cannot see anything physically wrong with it. It eats, it swims out looking for food anytime someone goes near the tank, but it just does not seem right. Sometimes, it just seems to float there and actually turning upside down and all the way around. When not eating it just sits in one spot and just stares at the glass.

I have no idea what is ailing it

All other fish in the tank are fine

When you look at it it seems fine, but just not itself, and has been like that for at least 2 months

The Angel eats, but as he eats he is turning upside down and all around
Then he will just sit in the top on an angle...but if you go near him he swims off

Could this be swim bladder, and if so how can I treat it

What size is the tank and what other fish are in it? Have you tested the water at all?

The tank is 46 gallons, and all water stats are fine ammonia and nitrite are 0 and nitrate is about 10 -20 it has always been at that level
tank mates include some tetras, and cherry barbs as well as twig catfish, cory cats and emerald cats and khuli loaches
he is by far the biggest fish in there

so I have been researching and think maybe he has swim baldder issues...so have stopped feeding for a couple of days and fed some bolied shelled peas..he ate some and so did the others...

he seems better, but still not 100%

wonder if anything else to try
