It could be then that she might lay eggs soon. Two females can pair up as well if theres no male. All you can do is see which fish she stays the most with if any and see if that has a breeding tube as well, longer and more tapered, though with males it isnt usually apparent until the female starts to lay and he will have a pinched look at the belly.
As for breeding, i did this myself recently and you will need a deep 20 to spawn them in and then once they hatch and become free swimming you will have a month to get the babies into a bigger tank. I used a 34 gallon uk for mine and lost a lot of them, as i believe you should have a couple of four foot tanks as you can get a lot of babies. I eventually had 13 to sell and what with the time and effort and food costs it really wasnt worth it. You will have to feed them baby brine shrimp heavily for the first few weeks before going for bigger live foods.
It is nice to watch them grow though and turn from tadpoles into miniature angels, but it is time consuming and costly.
