Angel Fish With White Raised Pimple On Crown!

Hi

My angel fish today has developed a white pimple on his crown/head it looks like a spot you get on your face a white center with redness around the edges its about 1mm and dont look like ich.

My tank stats are

Amonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 10
PH 6.8
Temp 26c
125l juwel rio


Any ideas as he did not have this growth yesterday? And how I could treat it?

What else is in the tank?

Lesions on the face can be just about anything, the worst would be columnaris if it has red around the edges but there are also other things that could cause it. A photo would help the experts a lot. (Wilder! Over here! lol)

If it appeared suddenly it could be from a little scuffle, seeing as you have another angel & gouramis as tank mates. Keep an eye on that fish, as well as any behavior traits from the other fish that would signal aggression.

Sometimes various decorations can cause damage as well, in a situation with aggressive fish these can be a problem.

Well this spot aint gone on its own so I started doseing some waterlife myxazin treament today. One thing I have noticed is that the spot seems to fill up with white gunge then fall off then fills up again! its like a whitehead that you get on your face, anyone have a clue what this is? and if im treating right?

I have been teating him with waterlife myxazin for 3 days and still no improvent and now ive noticed today one of his gills have stoped beating! He colour is still ok

Fish antibiotics are so hard to get hold of in the UK is waterlife octozin anygood? Ive noticed my gourami is showing pin prick holes in its head now i feel im going to lose all my fish

Someone will be along to advise on meds. Antibiotics are hard to get here, as well. I did research this a few months ago, when I had Blue Rams. It's very important to keep water in PRISTINE condition...I did water changes every second day. It seemed to clear up, but came back again. Rams are very prone to this, so you may fare better.

I treated with 2 corses of octozin wich removed the growth on the fish so it was hexamita the only problem now with the pimple being on the nasil cavity its left a 1mm hole in the fish that wont heal and there is redness. how can I go about treating this? brusing on myaxin? or maybe adding to the tank?

White spots that have a circling of red around the edges can be columnaris spots.
But also it can be hole in the head.
If its a columnaris spot I would try anti internal bacteria med by interpet.
Myxaxin only treats the water.
