Angel fish help

hello, I just got two angel fish and I'm not sure if they are healthy or not. The one has a little bit of red gils but I don't know if that is suppose to be there or not! Please help!

size of tank
how long it's been set up
results of any water tests you've done (including hardness and pH, if you know them)
any other fish in the tank
a picture of the fish
