Hey guys... well its offical, I, the betta lady (lmao) am down to only 4 bettas. I had a nasty colmunaris outbreak a couple months back, that spead like wildfire and killed about 12 of my breeders in including a tank of 6 thai imported females My 2 fav veiltails passed away, I believe lemon passed on from old age he was pushing 3, and sage (who remembers sage?) was finally beaten by reoccuring bacterial infections that hes been fighting for about 6 months + now. The rest of my breeders were given to a very very good breeder and a good friend of mine (some might recognize her as betta belle from other betta sights) so I'm down to 4 of my babies.

I too am down to just four bettas. However with me, it was by choice. I rehomed four of my bettas because it was too overwelming trying to continue to care for all their tanks, my two year old daughter, work, and preparing for my new baby. I was sad to see them go, but things are so much easier with only four. (and Jesse is one of the four. he loves being in a two gallon now.)

Hey Tansy!! I haven't talked to u in ages!!! I'm so glad you still have jesse! he was a great little guy... I might get one or 2 new boys, there are some pretty pathetic looking veiltails at the local walmart that look like they could use a good home! btw tansy how goes the pregnancy? when are you due?
