An Unsocial, Non-Pregnant Guppy Advice!

I have a green female guppy that I have recently purchased. It is in fine health. But the problem is that it is anti-social and likes to stay still at the top of the tank. I have tried to put a turquoise male in a breeding tank with her ad there was no guppy love!!! Help me because I would lvoe to create green-ish blue offspring from her!
