An Eye For An Eye

Just 3 days ago I awoke to a glowlight tetra with his eyes cleanly off, just this morning I awoke to a neon this time with one of his eye cleanly gone.

Water parameter are perfect.
20 gallon tal semi panted.
The inhabitant are
6 neon
6 glowlight
3 fancy guppies
3 oto
1 betta

at first I thought my neon just ran into something sharp but I have no decor that are sharp.
I thought it could be my betta but the betta and the neon were tank mate since this april.
now that it happen again I am believing it could be the otto since they have clean my tank free of algea.

I doubt the betta would strike twice at the same spot and plus the eye were cleanly bitten off.

I will get pics later, but what do you guys think?

The betta or the ottos. My betta ate the eyes out of all of my hatchet fish once.
