Don't know the product but anything that claims to lower ammonia & nitrite will slow down or even stop a cycle.

It claims to be an all natural bacteria product ,no chemicals...

I don't know the product but personally I would not use any products while cycling a tank, better to let nature take its course. Are you cycling with fish? If you are you will need to do more water changes to keep the levels down. If you are fishless cycling then I wouldn't add any products other than dechlor for initial filling of tank and ammonia.
