Amonia Removemal Medicine?

in the petstore i had seen a amonia removel,they said u can use this in a tank with fish,is this true? And isnt water changes saver?

Its a product called Ammolock or similar you have seen its been around for ages. But so long as your filter is working there is no need for it as the filter takes care of the Ammonia?

i guess so,but they told me my fish has amonia poisoning. Ido regular water changes,thank runing for 2months,they said i must clean my gravel.
