Amazon Frogbit In The Us?

Is it possible to get Amazon frogbit in the US? I've never done plants before, but I'd like something that floats and just discovered this one. I can't seem to find much info about buying it, though. I did see one bit of info about it being invasive and controlled in the US. True? Thanks!

aqua botonic sells it. I apologize for not being around much to check this thread. If you had posted this about 3 weeks ago, I would have given you a truckload of it! I just got rid of a bunch. It grows fast and was getting obnoxious. Good floater. I liked it.
