Amazing Story About New Fish! :d

it all started yesterday when i got given a breeding pair of jack dempsey's from a friend of a friend. i brought them home yesterday and put them in a 30 gallon untill i could find homes for the rest of the fish in my 55 gallon, i noticed that the male was beating on the female pretty bad so i made a fast change and swiched the rest of the fish form the 55 inot the 30 and the 2 jd's into the 55. today i come home from school and went to move a few rocks around in the tank and touched something really slimy when i looked closer i noticed the pair had spawned on the rock last night or today and there's about 250+ eggs. i hope i didnt screw nething up by touching some of the eggs . i will keep you guys updated over the next couple of days as to what happens with the eggs.

Re-read the post. I already took them out of it. They spawned in the 55 gallon.

i think i may have squished about 5 or 6. but everything seems fine, the parents r still tending to the eggs and fanning them. Hopefully i'll have a good outcome with them.

well i think the fertilized eggs hatched but i cant see any fry. i think they may be down in the gravel cause mom keeps protecting one of the pits she made feircly. now i just gotta wait about 9 more days to see if there are any free swimming fry that emerge from the gravel.
