I was looking at some of Takashi Amano's work and wondered if his books were worth paying for.

The guy is obviously artistic and I was wondering if anyone has his books and if so, are they worth the money.

I have all his books, Nature Aquarium World Book 1, 2, 3 and Aquarium Plant Paradise. They all still blow my mind and I never tire of reading them.

Essential, buy every book he has produced from the nature aquarium world series to the excellent Aquarium Plant Paradise. From there go to aquaessentials and buy the ADA catalogue to be further blown away, you could even try some of the aquajournals, they're in japanese but the pictures themselves are worth the price alone.

Be prepared to be blown away and never to be happy with your tank again
