One of my endler girls just had babies, I've got teeny tiny fry in my tank now.
However. I also have amano shrimp in that tank. I've seen the shrimp take a dead fish down to just bones in a day but do they also eat live food if they can get it?
I've got a huge wad of java moss in the tank and a small castle-y thing that the fry seem to be hanging out in.

Are the fry safe from the shrimp or are they all going to be on the menu?

The fry will be perfectly safe with the shrimp, amano shrimp are primarily algae eating shrimp which also scavenge food to supliment their diet with calcium and protein for shell growth etc- i've raised many fry in my fry tank which has 9 amano shrimp in it and they are fine with even the youngest or tiniest fry :good: .
