Amano & Cherry In One Tank?

Are these two different breeds ok in one tank, I had 4 amano, but 3 got eaten, i've since got rid of the offending culprits, and am looking to give the last little guy some company, but i'm just wondering about getting 2 cherry and 1 amano, but.. would they fight? And would this be ok in a tank with 2 Gourami, 2 mollys, and 1 plec?

What kind of gourami? If it's a dwarf type it would be fine, but the larger ones(three spot, etc) would go for the shrimp.

Amanos and cherries get along with each other fine, but I would get more than just two cherries. At least 6.
