Am I Overstocked?

I have a 65 litre tank (not sure what that is exactly in gallons) its an undergravel filter (though im looking into replacing it)

1 platy
6 guppies
1 dwarf gourami
2 neons (some died after i was told they would be fine in a new tank after a week )
2 bristlenose plecos ( not fully grown yet)

Minus the bristlenose, and adding about 6 more neons you would be fine IMO. I think you could get away with maybe 1BN but depending on size i think theyre making your tank "overstocked".

one bristlenose is about 2.5 inches long and the other is only about an inch.
i think the 2.5 inch one is a female so as ive heard it should get to about 3 inches, and the other its impossible to tell because its small.
