Am I A Bad Person

Hey everyone,

I try and vary my Puffer fishes diet as much as possible, He has been eating the same 3 things over the last week so I thought I would give him a change. Also he is on his own in the tank at the moment so is a little bored.

Looking in my main tank I have a big beastly Cherry Shrimp who seems to always chase the other Cherrys around, enough was enough so I removed him from the tank and put him in with the hungry puffer. 10 seconds later the puffer had bit the bully shrimp clean in half and swallowed him

The puffer swam away all happy with a nice full belly, then I made the mistake of telling the misses what I have done and she was not to pleased!! Now I feel a little bad for doing it but at least the bully Shrimp is not harassing an of the other shrimp.

Does this make me a bad person?? lol

Nope. I've just put a shrimp of mine in my 240L tank which is full of cichlids. Shrimp + cichlids = biiiiiiiiiig no no. Fingers crossed that because it's a big shrimp and still baby cichlids it won't end in a tasty snack just yet.

lol, I only opened this thread because I was board and the misses said "what do you think your frineds on TFF would say about it"

So I showed her all the responses and she has gone quiet now If only shrimp were cheap enough to feed to the Puffer every day
