I am looking to vary the diet more for my fish. I currently give flake, some sinking food and red mossy lava once a week (which everything goes mad for). Can I give foods like muscles and the other stuff you find in a mixed froxen seafood bag from tesco. My LFS put musles in there tanks and the fish seemed to like it but wanted advise from anyone here before I experiment. The fish I have can be seen on my signature

Any other suggestions welcome too

I buy a seafood mix from Tescos (fresh fish counter) costs about £3.00. It consists of muscles, calamari and large prawns.
I tip it in a plastic container and then freeze it. Just take out what you need for a meal, let it thaw and chop it up. Lasts ages and there's no waste or mess.
