Alot Of Questions, Insuring A Proper Re-cycle, Also Agressive Fish

Ok well the link did not work for me. your ammonia is way too high. it should never be above .50 when fish are in it. You are going to have to do large water changes everyday to keep your fish healthy.

That cycle stuff is not going to instantly make your tank safe for a full load of fish. All it does is helps the bacteria grow a bit faster. In my experience it did not work for me.

Post some photo for use to see.

Ph- 6.0ish
Ammonia- between 1.0 and 2.0
Nitrate- VERY hard to tell, Between 20 and 80

Did a 20-30% water change the day before yesterday, yesterday, and I plan to do one today. The results havent changed but I notcied something seeming to be forming on the side of my red parrot, I don't know what to do, Should I continue to do what I'm doing and wait for it to get better?

Ok, the video is private, so cant see it.

You need to do alot of water changes to get the ammonia and nitrIte to 0, anything above is harmful and poisoning the fish. What test kit are you using?

You can do 50% water changes, every few hours, testing in between time, make sure you dechlorinate the water and temperature match it so as not to stress the fish anymore than they already are.

You will need to continue to do these water changes until the tank has finished cycling, stop adding anything except dechlorinator, non of it is useful.

If its a 29g tank, without knowing what other fish you have, I can say its overstocked and not big enough for a BP. What other fish do you have?

In my signature is a link to a guide to fish-in cycling, its in Green, have a good read thru and follow the instuctions, a 50% change is not going to effect your cycle, but will ultimately benefit the fish, who shouldnt during a fish in cycle, be in anything above 0.25ppm of ammonia or nitrIte.

What size is the tank, you have a gourami, a blood parrot, a geophagus jurupari (back left corner) who should be in a group, and I cant make out the dark fish who is looks very stressed indeed.

The darker fish seems fine, The one with the stripes seem a little stressed, A strange cist type thing although very small is on the side of my parrot. ITs strange as one of my little scavenger fish looks like its top of its mouth is ripped off, I dont know if one of the fish nibbled at it or its sick or what but I'm going to read your thread.

Its a 29 gallon tank. I want to move towards agressive fish.

I can definitely tell my fish are stressing, I just hope that they can make it through this.

Doing a 20-30% water change right now, Will tell results here after about an hour after, wanna get everything settle to get an accurate reading.

Oh no I'm noticing white spots in my parrot, I assume its ich. What do I do?

I have supercure

Did another water change today

PH- still 6.0
Ammonia - 1.0, a little lighter to 0.50
Nitrate - Looks like 10 or 20, hard to tell.
