okay welll im cycling a 52gall tank at the moment and its almost finished with maby a week or two untill i can add somefish. i have a moderatly too heavily plants tank.
heres the fish that i like so far and im going to match the water conditions for them:

6 Adolfi corys,
6 Congo tetras,
1 Bristlenost,
1 male dwarf gourami, (i have him in a smaller tank and he wants a bigger one, shh its his cristmass present  )
some empiror tetras or a different small sholing fish (not neons as i've had bad luck with them and i want to spare the little fishys).

so far what do you think about the choise.

heres some extra imformation about the tank, it has 3 bits of bogwood for grazing (bristlenose), it has plenty of open floor space inbetween the plants and in the open for the corys and bristlenose.
the top of the tank has little plants in for swiming space but has some hidding places for Congo tetras to live and play.
it has a good set of caves under the bogwood for the bristlenose.
heavy planting across the back provides the habitat for the Dwarf gourami to establish his teritory and live, with the availibility of swimming openly at the top of the tank or the front, aswell as heavy planting at the back and sides for sleeping but also for some small sholing fish to sleep and have a bit of peace whilst giving them the option for them to swim at the top freely but also as they are small the distance inbetween the plants will make chasing eachother a bit more fun.

This is my plan to have a nice community tank with peacefull fish that will live together in harmony not bothering eachother fish asmuch.

heres my questions, will my fish so far all "work" together, will they not want to hurt and kill eachother by nature. (i know some fish are just bad, they will be delt with by return to the LFS)
what shooling fish do you think i could have as i want to have asmany as posable?

P.S. if you think i am going to go over the boundry of fish-filter power i can ass a second filter to the tank for optimum water qualty.

all insights are welcome, shang hi :good:

ohhh its an xmas present, squeze them!

Depends I might get some loaches, maybe a bristlenose not sure yet.

Got 6 extra black phantoms for my 9g, got 7 now, and my 2 year ish old one is happy once again. The tank's fully stocked now, might get some shrimp after christmas.

my little minnow is getting old now, hes 7 and hes a little bit less active now, he hides most of the time under a peace of bogwood. but hes happy hidding
