Algae that looks like cobwebs

I was just cleaning my betta tank and when I was all done I looked in the middle divided section and theres white/clear cobweb like algae on the silk plant leaves and even on the airstone tubing

It looks exactly like the cobwebs you see in the corners of rooms where spiders have been. ewwwy

What is it?? The other sections dont have it. The only difference between the 2 that dont have it and the one that does is that I have an ADF in there. Any connection??

Ohh just looked at the frog and he seems to have it coming from his body...do frogs do that? I know its like slime stuff when he sheds but this is a lot of stuff!! I just looked on the bottom of the sand and theres a bunch of it.

I'm gonna do a gravel vac and get it out of there

EDIT:Ok it's solved...it was my frog shedding..I watched it come off his body...I've never seen him shed this much though..scared me
