Algae ID?

Hey everyone. For the last year-ish I've been going back and forth with an algae and was wondering if I could get some help identifying it. It's a very dark green for the most part but can appear anywhere from white in bright light to black in dark lighting. It is very flowy in the current and will take over my plant leaves and stems if I don't trim off affected plants before it spreads. Will literally grow anywhere. And no one seems to want to eat it
