Algae/fungus Urgent Help !

Can you elaborate on what the issue is? It's not clear from your picture what the problem is.

its like a white fungus in the gravel, it looks flemi and sticky not sure what it is you cann see it in the pictures cause it looks blurry bits in the picture thats the fungus its strange never seen it before
