Albino Ruby Shark Acting Odd

i bought a small albino ruby shark 2 weeks ago and it has been ok until yesterday when i started swimmong in a spiral type, today its tail has got a kink in it and seems to have totally lost its balance, it is now in a breeding trap, what could it be or would i be better to remove it from the tank permanantly

A little more info if you can please, water stats, ammonia, nitrIte & nitrAte. How long has the tank been set up, other inhabitants and tank size?

How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Do you mean the fish has been spinning in the water.
Does he look bloated or thin.
