Are albino guppies the most prolific species of Guppies? any albino ive ever seen seems to produce up to 80 fry a drop and look like a golf ball  would albinos be very dear? like to get any of them would be amazing to see them produce up to 80 fry.

well, seeing as the albono strain is a rare mutation, and once you have one, it might not breed and produce another albino, they're probably fairly expensive, i havent seen any XD

P.S, it's not the quantity, it's the quality

But isnt the albino gene ressesive and only eill pop up if the fish gets both the ressesive genes? so she or he will only be able to give the albino gene? therefore if my fish had given birth to albino female and an albino male wouldnt i be able to cross them once to get all albino males and females?.. them cross breed them with other peoples albinos?..

indeed recessive, but from what i can remember they may have a recessive, non albino gene which may come out during breeding? i dont know, i'll look this up c:

I've got a couple of albino females (lost the male!)
All guppies can produce 50-80 fry, I've also seen some people get over 130 from 1 female! (fish48)

If you breed 2 albino's you get 100% albino fry.
breening a normal with an albino you will only get normal coloured fry. These fry however will all be carrying the gene. Breeding the f1 fry your get about a 50/50 mix of norm's and ablino's
