Albino Cory With Swim Bladder Disorder?

ok i was watching my brothers fish when i noticed one of the albino corys been acting strange. he struggles to stay at the bottom of the aquarium, but keeps hovering to the top. can somebody please help?

If its swim bladder disease,i dont think much can be done...

Try feeding the cory a cooked de-shelled pea just in case its constipated
