Hi
Im no expert but I would take the air stone out if you have live plants, as it drives off the co2.Air stones dont really add any thing to the water, they just move it about and it looks good B)

any ariticle on how to make a co2 system? oh and also i want to add white sand infront of my tank and the rest eco-complete in the back without mixing them. what kind of white sand can i use?

Yep, airstones etc simply help to oxygenate the water by moving it around: the issue is that they also help remove/dissipate CO2 which is bad for plants. In aquariums which are not overstocked you don't need an airstone as the water movement from the filter is enough to oxygenate and live plants will also help too.

There is a good pinned thread about CO2 etc at the top of this forum. Can't comment on mixing sand and Eco-Complete, it is possible it would end up mixing anyway overtime though.
